Charles Justin Davis, repeat offender, was found guilty by non-jury on one count malice murder with life without parole; one count felony murder with life without parole merged with count one; one count aggravated assault with 20 years to serve to run consecutive with count one; one count rape with life without parole to run concurrent with count one; one count aggravated sodomy with life without parole to run concurrent with count one. Defendant is sentenced for a total of life plus 20 years. The Court sentences the defendant as a recidivist under O.C.G.A. § 17-10-7(c).
