September 14
Victim stated his son-in-law left a note on his door stating he was going to move a building off his property, but the building was put there to replace another building that was convert4ed into a chicken coop. Victim stated offender use to live on the property that is in a life estate and when victim passes, it goes to his step-daughter who is one of the offenders. Deputy advised offender not to return on the property until they get a court order, or they would be criminally trespassed.
Complainant stated offender keeps harassing her whole family by riding by and sending messages on Facebook Messenger. C/p stated offender thinks he owns the whole road in front of his house.
Investigator received a call regarding a report of an unwanted person at Handi House. Caller stated offender is an ex-employee.
Deputy spoke with complainant in reference to damage to property. Complainant stated a tree fell from his neighbor’s yard onto his truck and golf cart, and both received damages.
September 15
Deputy responded to Quick Rd. in reference to an unresponsive person.
September 16
Deputies were dispatched to Bonsue Dr. in reference to a dispute in reference to a property line and complainant was pepper sprayed by offender. C/p also stated offender waved a gun at her.
Deputies executed a bench warrant for Jones Co. SO on New Hope Church Rd. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
Deputy met with complainant on Farm Circle Rd. in reference to people dumping bags trash on the dirt road since the dumpsters were removed.
September 17
Deputy met with Emanuel Fire Dept. in reference to a potential arson. Fire fighter stated the owner of the property and trailer stated he was burning trash and it got out of control and the trailer caught on fire. Fire fighter stated you could see where the owner had a bulldozer trying to push the trailer down and spoke with the Fire Marshal who stated the property was not insured, and they needed a report for records.
Deputies were dispatched to Canady Bridge Rd. in reference to a custody dispute.
September 19
Complainant stated she was worried about the well-being of her brother and was contacted by the mother of his children in reference to his location due to nobody hearing from his in two weeks. C/p stated the last time someone spoke with him, he stated the voices were getting louder. Victim’s last location was in the woods behind Bradford Inn and all phone numbers for his had been disconnected or turned off. Victim’s info was put in GCIC as a missing person.
