September 21

A vehicle was parked on the access road in front of TCE and deputy ran a tag to find it had no insurance and suspended registration. Vehicle was towed.

Complainant reported the theft of two firearms that were locked in a gun cabinet. C/p explained he spent the night with a friend and left the following morning and when he returned, his guns were missing. C/p advised there were three people left in the house and attempted to contact two suspects, but they would not answer or return his calls.

September 22

Deputy responded to Canady Ln. in reference to road conditions in front of her house. She stated she contacted the Road Dept. and spoke with her commissioner on the matter to which nothing has been done. She advised that the road has not been maintained in several years and is rough on her vehicle.

Deputy observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on the bypass and his radar confirmed the vehicle to be traveling 97 MPH, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. Driver was placed under arrest for speeding and reckless driving and transported to EmCo Jail.

Deputy responded to Paradise Hills Dr. in reference to complainant’s son making threats towards her. C/p advised offender got upset with her and stated he would kill everyone on the hill and burn everything down. C/p advised she is afraid of offender and is afraid he will act on these threats.

September 23

Complainant stated victim and offender are residents of PruittHealth and stay in the same room and offender crawled out of her bed and pulled on offender’s bedding and offender reached down and pulled her hair.

Deputy was dispatched to Quick Rd. in reference to a domestic dispute. Complainant had a visible injury to her right eye to the point it was swollen shut. She stated she and her boyfriend had been drinking and got into an argument when he claimed she woke him up and choked her with his hands then struck her in the face with a closed fist. C/p advised offender fled from the property on foot prior to their arrival. Offender’s father arrived on scene and gave verbal permission to search the property, and offender was located and transported to EmCo Jail.

September 24

Victim stated he lost his tag.

September 25

Deputy took a report where complainant stated he purchased a vehicle from offender who never sent the title as promised and has had no luck getting in touch with him.

Deputy was dispatched to Market St. in reference to a stolen gun report. Complainant stated her ex stole her pistol while she was in the hospital.

Complainant stated she requested assistance from ECSO in unlocking her vehicle door and the door handle was damaged.

September 26

Deputies were dispatched to the area of Brinson Cemetery and Bishop Chapel Church Rd. in reference to a vehicle following caller and doing donuts in the middle of the road and driver shooting out the window multiple times. Driver was highly intoxicated and his parents arrived on scene, and he became agitated and began to shout he was going to kill himself and continued to be irate. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to Sunset Dr. in reference to a DOA.

September 27

Complainant stated he hit a deer on Keas Mill Pind Rd. causing sustainable damage to the vehicle.

Complainant stated offender keeps showing up at her residence on Buckeye Rd. after being told multiple times not to return. C/p stated offender has been found in her kitchen eating her food and in her living room. Deputy made contact with offender at Red Roof, and he agreed not to return to c/p’s residence.

Complainant stated he hit a deer on Hwy 192 N causing sustainable damage to the vehicle.

Complainant stated he hit a deer on I16 causing functional damage to the vehicle.
