September 8
Complainant reported the tag was taken off of his wife’s vehicle.
Deputies were dispatched to Red Oak Rd. in reference to a domestic. Complainant stated she wanted her nephew/offender removed from her house because he is extremely disrespectful and refuses to leave after giving him a 30-day notice. C/p advised offender suffers from MH and threatens to blow her house up.
Investigator accompanied DCS Officer with a probation search on Mimosa Rd. and offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
September 9
Victim stated offender has been working for her for about eight months and was told offender has been stealing hay and horse feed from her.
Deputies responded to Hwy 80 E in reference to a deer vs vehicle crash causing disabling damage to the vehicle. Vehicle was towed.
September 10
Complainant came into the Sheriff’s Office stating that she was traveling on a dirt road when her vehicle became stuck in the sand bed in the roadway. She further stated her rear driver’s side tire was busted, and she had damage to her bumper.
September 11
911 dispatched deputies to Herrington Street for a damage to vehicle report. C/p stated the neighbor’s dog was coming into her yard chasing cats, resulting in the cats running up on her car to get away from the dog.
Deputy responded to Buckeye Road in reference to a dispute between two neighbors concerning c/p’s dog that had been shot. the altercation was said to have ensued when c/p had been walking her dog down the road close to the neighbor’s residence when the neighbor’s dog got through the fence and attacked c/p’s dog. The alleged offender stated that c/p told him to shoot the dog because she was not able to break them apart.
Deputy responded to Oak Grove Church Road for assistance with a medical call. The location was described as a boarding home used to house elder and disabled people. Multiple tenants complained about the living situation and environment.
Deputy met with c/p in reference to a theft report. C/p stated that the offender took a kayak from a house he owns.
September 12
C/p stated that he was riding his motorcycle when he started having issues with it. He stated he pulled over and left it in the ditch so he could go home and get a trailer and truck to pick it up. When he returned, the motorcycle was missing.
Deputy was dispatched in reference to a civil matter and property damage report.
September 13
C/p was traveling on Hawhammock Church Road when he struck a deer that ran into the roadway.
