May 28
Officer was on Washington Street in reference to a verbal dispute. Complainant stated that she and her son had a verbal dispute over clothes that she wanted him to wear to a funeral.
Officer was dispatched to Lee Street for a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival to the residence, officers were advised that no one had called 911.
Officer responded to Gumlog Road in reference to a domestic incident that had already occurred. C/p stated that her child’s father came to her residence and they began arguing because he was trying to control her. Officer observed red marks and a lump on c/p’s face and forehead. When asked how she got the injuries, she stated that she was trying to get away from him and accidentally hit her head on the corner of the table while ducking down. The offender was also found to be banned from the residence by the housing authority.
May 29
Officer took a walk-in report at SPD in reference to a ceiling falling on c/p. He stated that the ceiling in his bedroom fell on his while he was lying in bed.
Officer met with c/p at SPD in reference to a harassment complaint involving a former client. She stated that she is the owner of a dog grooming business and the client is a customer who brings her dog in. She further stated that the dog is aggressive during grooming and has to be restrained during the growing process. She advised that she recorded a video of the dog during a grooming session and sent the video to the owner to demonstrate the dog’s behavior. She advised that the owner posted the video on Facebook and made accusations that her dog was being abused by employees.
May 30
Emanuel County 911 dispatched officers Emanuel Medical Center in reference to a motor vehicle accident that had occurred earlier and had not been reported to or investigated by law enforcement at the time of the incident. One driver stated that he was stopped at a red traffic signal when his vehicle was struck from the rear by the other driver. He advised that law enforcement wasn’t contacted at the time due to them exchanging insurance and personal information. It was advised that if an injury occurs during an accident, that they should be reported to law enforcement so that the incident can be properly documented and investigated.
Officer responded to Stevens Drive in reference to a loud music complaint. It was found that officers have reported to this residence seven times during 2026 for loud music complaints, including four times during the month of May. A citation was written.
Officer responded to Enmarket in reference to a male in the store who was drunk causing problems. Offender was arrested.
Officer was dispatched to the area of Lambs Bridge Road and Thigpen Drive in reference to a male subject needing to talk to officers in order to get his things back from his significant other.
Officer responded to New Image night club in reference to a male walking with another male who had just beat his girlfriend. Upon arrival, officers could not locate c/p, offender, or the victim.
Officers were dispatched to Mike’s Food Mart in reference to the owner on scene stating there was a large crowd in his parking lot, and he wanted everyone to leave. All parties were separated.
Officer responded to East Pine Street in reference to a possible domestic dispute. Both parties stated that no verbal argument had occurred.
911 dispatched officers to North Green Street due to a large crown. The crowd was dispersed.
May 31
Officer responded to a vehicle fire at the intersection of Calhoun Street and Old Nunez Road. The owner of the vehicle stated that the fire had already been extinguished, and he was unsure of the cause.
Officer responded to South Main Street in reference to a possible domestic in progress. Both parties stated that they had a verbal altercation.
Officer responded to North Main Street in reference to noticing a crowd at Mike’s Food Mart. A vehicle was observed turning right very recklessly while the tires screeched. A traffic stop was initiated where the vehicle attempted to flee. When the officer reached the vehicle, it was unoccupied and was towed.
Officer was dispatched to Lucky Street in reference to vehicle damage and a flat tire.
Officer responded to North Coleman Street in reference to the caller unable to get out of the residence due to cars parked in his property. Mostly all cars were removed.
Officer responded to Warren Avenue in reference to a possible domestic in progress. C/p stated that two males live at the residence and were drunk and would not let him sleep. He was advised of the eviction process.
Officer responded to Gumlog Road in reference to a group attempting to fight withe threats of a gun being involved. There was no one able to provide information about a fight or weapons.
Officer was dispatched to SPD in reference to meeting with a domestic violence victim. Officer met with c/p and victim who stated that the offender had been abusing the victim and then have children together. The victim stated that she did not want him to go to jail but just wanted him out of the apartment.
June 1
911 dispatched officers to Allen Street for a noise complaint. All parties were separated.
Emanuel County 911 dispatched officers to East Pine Street to a fight that could be heard through the walls. The residents stated that they had no idea what the officer was talking about.
Officer was positioned at Pruitt Health in reference to a suspicious vehicle parked behind the business. It was found that the driver was sleeping and was homeless.
Officer responded to Walgreens in reference to a dispute over property. C/p stated that the father of her child would not listen and continues taking her car. She then stated that on that morning she saw that he had used her iCloud account on another device and sent a video of them having intercourse to multiple males in her contacts. She informed the officer that he should not be driving a vehicle due to him having a suspended license.
Officer was at D&I Food Mart in reference to an investigation. Several males were seen standing behind the store air conditioning units, with a no loitering sign posted. As they saw the officer approaching, all except for one dispersed, but were commanded to come back to speak with the officer. One of the was seen throwing an unknown object on the ground. A glass pipe was located along with other drug-related objects. Offender was arrested.
Officer was enroute to the Bradford Inn in reference to the offender who was reportedly attempting to fight individuals and had three active bench warrants through Emanuel County. Offender had left the scene upon arrival and was later located and arrested.
Offender was arrested for an active warrant.
Officers were flagged down on Harden Drive. C/p stated that she was attempting to get her daughter to attend a scheduled mental health appointment but had been unsuccessful. Officers were able to convince her to attend the appointment.
Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle where marijuana was located. A citation was issued.
Officers responded to Project Street in reference to an active physical altercation. Offender stated that the altercation occurred after she returned home and found the residence in disarray. She stated that after cleaning the home, she sent a text to her mother complaining about a male subject whom the other offender had been allegedly allowing to frequent the residence. She further stated that she believed him to be a known rapist and child molester and did not want him around her niece and nephew. She stated that the altercation began after the other offender confronted her regarding the messages and it turned physical. She was advised that she needed to leave the residence. After repeatedly refusing, she was placed under arrest.
June 2
Officer was instructed to go across the street and get the license of a male. The male was told that another officer observed a violation and the male refused to identify himself. Offender was arrested.
Officer responded to the Days Inn in reference to a report of a wreck. No injuries were reported and damage was observed on the vehicles.
The Drug Task Force conducted a buy/bust operation. The CI was provided with surveillance and a GPS tracker. At that time three offenders were charged and arrested on multiple drug charges including sale of cocaine and tampering with evidence.

Officer observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign. A traffic stop was conducted, and it was found that the driver had a suspended license. Offender was arrested.

He further stated that there was a high volume of traffic in and out of the yard at offender’s residence. Officer located his vehicle at the residence, and it was found to have cancelled registration.

Officer responded to Project Street in reference to a missing juvenile. C/p stated that her 7-year-old son had been riding on his bike and disappeared.
Officers responded to Hickory Trace Apartments in reference to an individual wishing to report a stolen vehicle. C/p stated that his father had been sending him messages indicating that he may not get his vehicle back. A stolen vehicle report was taken.
Officer was dispatched to the area of Project Street and Lewis Street in reference to a complaint. The caller stated a male was selling illegal drugs to underage juveniles.
June 3
Officer took a damage to vehicle report at SPD. C/p advised that an argument ensued between her and the father of her child regarding another female. She stated the offender struck her vehicle with his fist causing a dent to the front passenger side fender.
Offender was arrested for schedule II controlled substance, operating an unregistered vehicle, and driving while license suspended.
June 4
Officer responded to SPD in reference to a report of an armed robbery, aggravated assault, and battery (family violence) that occurred on Center Street. The victim stated that he was asleep when his sister and nephew entered the room and assaulted him and stole money.
Officer responded to Lucky Street in reference to a stolen money order. C/p stated that she had placed a money order on her sofa and noticed it had gone missing. She suspected that one of two males at the residence had taken it.
911 dispatched officers to Fowler Street. It was advised that the c/p wanted a male subject removed from the residence. She was advised that papers were needed for law enforcement to make the offender leave.
Officers responded to Longview Road in reference to a domestic that had already occurred. Offender stated that his grandmother was feeding his baby when she asked him to change the baby’s diaper, and he advised he would wait until she was done feeding him. He advised that after a few words were exchanged, she hit him with a stick.
Officer responded to Dawson Street in reference to a 911 hang-up call. The resident stated that his 2-year-old has the phone and made the call on accident.
Officer took a report over the phone. C/p stated that she lived on Barbara Avenue and the victim was staying at her residence due to her husband threatening her. She stated that the victim did not want a report made, but she was scared the offender was going to come to her residence.
