August 31

The victim caught someone on his video cameras looking around his property and taking a tractor battery. The victim identified the offender and wanted to press charges.

Deputy took a report where complainant stated that she was subpoenaed to a trial where her testimony had a negative impact which caused issues with a female. She stated that later when she went to go in the courthouse, the offender started screaming out the windows that she was going to get her firearm to take care of her.

Deputy responded to Odomville Church Road in reference to a rollover accident. Methamphetamine was located on the scene and warrants were taken out.

September 1

Deputy was dispatched to Pinetucky Road for a possible domestic dispute. The caller stated that a male was walking down the street and flagged them down stating that his wife had shot a gun and scared him. Both parties admitted to consuming alcohol and that there was a verbal domestic altercation. Neither party wished to press any charges. It was agreed that the male would stay away from the house until the female was able to leave with her friend.

Deputy responded to Canady Bridge Road in reference to a property dispute. Complainant informed deputy that the dispute had been an ongoing issue and that he was informed by previous deputies. All parties were advised of the legal process.

The victim stated that he has a driveway alarm in his shop and that it had gone off that day. He further stated that when he looked inside, there was someone out by his vehicles. The offender was seen loading up aluminum rims in the back of his truck. After being confronted he fled in the truck and backed into a vehicle. The victim stated that over the past week he has been missing around 15 to 20 aluminum rims.

Deputy responded to Kudzu Trail to execute an arrest warrant on offender. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.

September 3

Deputies were dispatched to Sarah Cir. in reference to complainant stating offender was driving recklessly, on the wrong side of the road and almost hitting a car and pedestrian.

September 4

Deputies and Emanuel Fire were dispatched to Hwy 192 N in reference to a vehicle fire. Complainant stated he pulled the vehicle to the back yard to hook up his boat and left it running for appx. 10 minutes while he went inside and returned to find it on fire. C/p stated he recently had motor work done and picked it up the previous day.

September 5

Complainant stated he put his wallet in his pocket when he left The HookStop and believes he left it on the outside of his truck and drove off. C/p stated he called the store and employees walked the parking lot but did not find it. C/p advised it had $1,000 cash, his bank card, a credit card and his license in it.

September 7

Deputy assisted SPD with a call on E Pine St. in reference to offender having a Probation Warrant. Offender was adamant that it was not him that had a warrant, but it was his son. Deputy advised offender that when they got to the jail, they would double check to make sure. Deputy checked with the jail, and they confirmed it was in fact him with the warrant, not his son. Offender was booked in

EmCo Jail.

Deputy responded to GLS State Park in reference to a sister letting her brother borrow her camper to live in and he stopped paying rent and damaged the camper.
