August 17
Deputy was dispatched to Canoochee Garfield Rd. in reference to a domestic. Offender stated he and his wife/victim were arguing and victim stated offender grabbed her hand and flexed her wrist like he was trying to break it. Offender agreed to leave the residence.
Victim stated her ex-boyfriend moved to Kentucky and has been threatening her. Victim advised they have a child together and offender told her he was coming to get the child and take it back to KY. Victim stated she told offender she would get him for kidnapping, and he told her he would kill her.
Complainant stated he has been working at Handi House for about six months. He advised that offender was fired back in January for stealing time and victim was given offender’s job. C/p stated offender showed up at HH, and they got into an altercation and offender broke c/p’s JBL Bluetooth speakers, damaged his phone and stole his lunch and bookbag. The manager at HH does not want offender back on the property.
Complainant stated she was traveling on I16 when a vehicle side swiped her and kept going.
August 18
Complainant stated her neighbor is not keeping water or food in her puppy’s pen. C/p stated the wire cage is outside under a tree, and she went over and gave it water and food the past couple of days. AC1 was contacted.
Victim stated offender has been trying to run her off the road, and it has happened several times.
Complainant stated two residences were arguing and offender put his finger to c/p’s chest and pushed her.
Deputy responded to Waller Pass in reference to a missing firearm.
August 19
Victim stated she received a call from offender stating she missed court and if she didn’t’ send $1,000, there would be a warrant issued for her arrest. Victim sent $1,000 through Chime.
August 20
Complainant reported suspicious activity of two male subjects going in her yard on a golf cart and one approached her aggressively about cleaning up her yard and cutting the grass. C/p stated she told them no thanks, that she already had someone to do her yard work. C/p advised bot subjects looked like they were up to no good.
Deputy met with complainant in reference to a possible criminal trespass incident. C/p stated that upon returning home, she discovered all three of her dogs had been let out of the house and the door was locked back which she found to be highly unusual as she always leaves the dogs secured inside the residence and the doors locked when she is away.
August 22
Deputy observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign and accelerate speed and pass cars improperly. With blue lights and siren activated, the vehicle continued to flee. The vehicle turned onto Lambs Bridge Rd. and crashed. Driver fled from the scene. Offender’s cellphone was located inside the vehicle, as well as an open container of alcohol.
