August 10
Deputies were dispatched to US Bus 1 in reference to a bicyclist riding in the roadway. Deputy advised him that they received multiple calls about him being in the roadway and he stated people had been threatening him and that 14 people had been killed and the Gambino Crime Family was after him. Deputy could immediately tell that suspect was mental health by his look and from what he said.
Deputies were dispatched to Blundale Church Rd. in reference to an irate male. Deputy made contact with offender who took off walking down the dirt road then made contact with complainant driving while crying and upset. Deputy followed her to her residence, and she stated she just bonded him out of jail, and they spoke to the Magistrate Judge about setting offender up with Ogeechee BH as soon as he got bonded out. C/p stated they missed the deadline to get offender in the program and when they made it to their yard, offender lost it. C/p stated offender was yelling and being very irate and jumped out of the car and went running into the woods and began rolling around in the dirt road. C/p stated offender then ran from the dirt road back to where she was sitting and stated yelling “I need help. Something is wrong with me!” C/p stated she is scared to be alone with offender due to his irate behavior, so deputy called offender’s family and the only person willing to get him was his mother who lives in Cochran and was waiting for a ride to Swainsboro. Whoever signed offender’s bond came off of it so he was transported to EmCo Jail.
Deputies responded to Dellwood Main St. in reference to an altercation. Offender took a generator from complainant’s house. C/p stated she was struck in the chest by offender.
August 11
Deputies responded to the Chevron in Oak Park in reference to an unresponsive female.
Deputy executed an arrest warrant at the Probation Office on offender with a Parole Violation Warrant and transported her to EmCo Jail.
Complainant filed a report in reference to a TPO violation on her ex-husband who was sitting at the church by her residence.
August 12
Deputy was dispatched to Arthur Hutchinson Road in reference to a stolen boat. C/p explained that he believes that he believed the previous owner to be the person that took the boat. He stated that he and the offender agreed that c/p would pay half the money for the boat and pay the rest by doing side jobs for offender. He further stated that the offender texted him wanting the boat back. A lookout was placed on the boat.
August 13
Deputies responded to the report of a motor vehicle accident on Lambs Bridge Rd. Upon arrival a vehicle on its side in the ditch. C/p was transported by EMS.
Deputy was at the intersection of Highway 56 and Highway 1 due to a traffic signal being out of service due to power lines being down when a vehicle traveled through the red traffic signal without stopping. After conducting a traffic stop, marijuana was located in the vehicle, and offender was placed under arrest.
Driver stated he was traveling on US 1 when a deer ran into his lane of travel, and he was unable to avoid collision. Minor damage was reported.
August 14
Deputy was dispatched to Strawberry Circle in reference to fraudulent activity. Victim stated offender gained access to her Chime and Cashapp accounts and took appx. $900.
Deputies were dispatched to Griffin Ferry Rd. in reference to a domestic. Victim stated she and offender got into a verbal altercation and she went outside to get in her car and offender ran towards her as if he was going to strike her and she got in her vehicle and offender jumped on the hood causing a large dent, then struck the windshield with his fist causing a large crack. Victim stated when she told offender she was calling 911, he left on foot.
Deputy took a report about harassing communications.
August 15
Deputies were dispatched to Old Savannah Rd. in reference to a vehicle vs horse collision.
August 16
Deputy met with complainant in reference to her dog being shot by her neighbor.
