Victim stated offender has been harassing her.
Deputy took a walk-in report in reference to threats and harassing communications. Complainant stated he has been having issues with offender threatening him and saying he’s going to kill him and has popped up at his house multiple times while his children were home. C/p stated he is in fear for his children and his own safety and has not even been able to stay home due to offender popping up.
Deputy took a walk-in report in reference to terroristic threats and harassing communications. Complainant stated her child’s father/offender has been threatening her and is going to her house to do something he wound’ regret. C/p stated offender even called her mother making threats and stated he was going to her house and taking other people. C/p stated she is in fear for her and her child’s safety.
March 31
Victim stated offender was renting a trailer form him but was moving out and he noticed four people at the trailer moving things out. Victim went to see is offender was there and he wasn’t, so he asked the subjects what they were doing and who they were and they told him they were moving offender out. Victim asked how they got in the trailer and they said the door was unlocked but victim noticed the door had been pried open. Victim them advised subjects that he was calling the law and they left.
Victim stated she hit a deer on Lambs Bridge Rd. causing moderate damage to her vehicle.
April 1
Deputy was dispatched to Fulmer Dr. in reference to a stolen wifi box and iphone charger.
April 3
Victim stated she observed her neighbor’s dog eating on one of her calico cats. Victim stated she was able to get it away from the dog and confronted the owner who just smiled. Deputy went to offender’s house, but no one would answer the door.
Deputy responded to Baby Brown Rd. in reference to caller’s uncle blocking them from gaining access to their property. Complainant stated she inherited the property from her lat4e parents and there was an easement set in place by logs and a rope across the driveway. C/p stated she had previous issues with offender trespassing and attempting to gain access to the residence while c/p was away. C/p stated offender is upset due to the fact that c/p would not sell him the land. C/p showed deputy a plat that showed a 30’ easement allowing access to the property. Deputy referred c/p to Magistrate Court.
Complainant stated he spoke with a male on the phone who stated c/p won some money and a truck, but he would have to send money before he could get it. C/p purchased a gift card for $90 and read the numbers off the back of the Visa gift card and offender got mad and told him that was not the type of card he needed. C/p then realized it was a scam.
Deputy was dispatched to Summertown Main St. in reference to a domestic disturbance. Offender was standing in the yard and deputy approached him to inquire about the call. Offender did not respond at first, then stated he did not call. Victim was crying and visibly shaken and stated offender asked her to go to dinner and she declined, and he became angry and violent, physically assaulting her and grabbed her around the neck. Deputy observed marks on her neck. Victim also advised that when she tried to call 911, offender took her phone and destroyed it, and she was able to get one of her children’s phones and call 911. Victim EmCo Jail.
Deputy observed a truck at the Hwy 80 dumpsite, Adrian, with four individuals exit and begin scavenging through the dumpsters. Deputy made contact with them and the driver stated they were looking for scrap to make some extra money. Deputy asked all individuals for their ID and the driver presented his license but the other three stated they did not have IDs on them. One individual gave false info, and deputy had all occupants exit the vehicle and the individual gave the correct info and stated he got nervous and gave his father’s info. Deputy asked the driver if there was anything illegal in the vehicle and he stated not to his knowledge. Deputy then asked for consent to search the vehicle, and he did not give consent but stated for them to do what they needed to do. Deputy then retrieved his K9 who showed a change of behavior on the passenger compartment. Deputy learned that the individual who gave false info had outstanding warrants through Atkinson and Coffee County. Deputy informed the driver of the K9’s change in behavior and asked again if anything illegal was in the vehicle and he stated he disagreed with the dog alert, and they could do what they needed to do because there was nothing in the vehicle. Deputy then conducted a search to find a plastic bag containing meth. Deputy then asked if anyone wished to take possession of the meth and they all stated it did not belong to them. All occupants were placed under arrest and transported to EmCo Jail.
