January 26
Deputy met with complainant who stated she received a call from someone stating she had warrants for missing court or jury duty and advised her to pay half the fines to freeze the warrants. C/p did a cash advance from her BOA account totaling $3,010.22, then realized it was a scam.
January 27
Complainant stated she never received her tag.
Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 57 W in reference to a possible burglary. It was discovered that the male subject left two days prior and returned to get things that belonged to him.
January 28
Deputies responded to Buckeye Rd. in reference to victim not breathing and complainant tried SPR with no results. EMS arrived and ran an EKG which showed no heartbeat.
Complainant called ECSO in reference to not receiving her tag in the mail.
Deputy responded to Hwy 1 N in reference to complainant stating the front door to the residence was open.
January 29
Complainant stated she found victim not breathing. EMS ran an EKG which showed no heartbeat.
Deputy responded to Hwy 56 N in reference to a domestic. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
January 30
Deputy responded to Hwy 56 N in reference to a prowler going through vehicles. Offender was found to be in possession of meth, cocaine and marijuana, and transported to EmCo Jail.
January 31
Complainant stated she and offender are in the process of getting a divorce and offender was at c/p’s house seeing the children. C/p stated after offender left, she found her cellphone was missing and later admitted to taking it. C/p advised offender believes c/p has been seeing other men and took the phone to try and find proof.
February 1
Deputy was dispatched to N. Railroad Ave. in reference to complainant stating she believes her neighbor has been poisoning her dogs. C/p advised three of her dogs have been killed by poison.
