January 19

Victim stated she has a TPO against offender and found where he posted a picture of c/p’s 3-year-old on his Facebook page and he is not the father. C/p stated offender had to of gotten the picture from hers or her sister’s Facebook page because they were taken at Christmas.

January 20

Deputy had an abandoned vehicle towed that was sitting on Stallion Dr. for more than 48 hours.

Inv. was contacted by GSP crime suppression team in reference to a possible stolen vehicle with a flipped VIN.

Complainant stated he was contacted by an individual claiming he won a lottery jackpot. Unknown person informed c/p that he would receive an initial payment o $10,000, followed by weekly payments of $10,000, and instructed c/p to purchase a $250 gift card as a prerequisite for receiving the winnings. C/p recognized this as being a scam and notified ECSO.

January 20

Deputy was dispatched to I16 in reference to vehicle damage. Complainant stated she struck an object in the roadway causing damages to vehicle’s radiator and undercarriage.

January 23

Complainant stated she moved out of the residence and left a necklace there that was her grandmother’s there and when she went back to get the remainder of her belongings, the necklace was no longer there. C/p stated her ex was still living at the residence after she left, then he moved to Statesboro, so she called all the Pawn Shops in Statesboro and could not find it.

Complainant stated he was paying for two storage units, one belonging to his daughter, and she sold the contents to offender, and the locks had been cut off.

January 24

Victim stated he was driving on Hwy 56N when he hit a deer, causing extensive damages. Vehicle had to be towed.
