November 24
Deputy met with complainant in reference to her tag being mailed to her physical address, but she doesn’t have a mailbox, and it was supposed to be sent to her PO Box but wasn’t.
November 25
Complainant reported an incident of kidnapping.
Deputy met with complainant who stated he was walking through the woods looking for a spot to put up a deer stand when he lost his Glock.
Deputy responded to Gar Rd. in reference to illegal dumping of trash. Complainant stated he saw two residents on Gar Rd. transport trash to a piece of property owned by victim and dump it. C/p showed deputy the dump site where he observed several small piles of house debris. C/p gave deputy offender’s names. C/p also stated one offender was hunting illegally on the property.
November 26
Deputy responded to Sunset Dr. in reference to a domestic. Complainant stated her husband/offender who she has been separated, went to her residence to celebrate their minor child’s birthday and offender had been drinking and became irate which caused a verbal argument. C/p stated she asked offender to leave and he took her doorbell camera off her back door. C/p stated she learned offender made a threatening Facebook live post towards her and called her making threats to cause harm to her and kill her. C/p advised she is taking a TPO out against offender.
Deputy was dispatched to Oak Grove Church Rd. in reference to a fight. Complainant stated she and offender were arguing and offender hit her. C/p advised she is an older lady with a cane and wants offender to go to jail. When deputy asked offender what happened, she stated she did not hit c/p and that her name was Mary the Mother of Jesus. The residence serves as a boarding house for the elderly and deputy knows offender to have mental health issues.
Deputy met with complainant on Olifftown Rd. in reference to a theft. C/p stated someone stole his double axel trailer and was found listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace in Augusta.
November 28
Deputy responded to W. 3rd Ave. in Stillmore in reference to a locked vehicle. Deputy was aware that eh normal driver had an outstanding warrant through Stillmore. Upon arrival, offender informed deputy that the vehicle had been unlocked, then fled on foot.
November 29
Deputy responded to the fairgrounds in reference to a noise dispute. Deputy observed a truck spinning tires and made contact with the driver. Deputy was getting back in his vehicle and observed the truck leave and accelerate the motor, at which time he got behind the vehicle and observed a speed of 72 MPH. Vehicle turned into the racetrack entrance and deputy observed it accelerate and spin tires, then observed it exit the racetrack entrance. The vehicle turned on Hwy 56 and immediately turned into a driveway, then backed out and turned back onto Fairground Rd. and turn back into the racetrack entrance again spinning tire and rapidly accelerating. The vehicle then exited the entrance, and deputy made a traffic stop. Deputy approached the driver side and asked the driver for his license as he fumbled around for it, and deputy could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Deputy asked the driver how much he had to drink and he stated he did not drink. While speaking with the driver, deputy could smell an odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. Driver agreed to perform the PBT and tested positive for alcohol. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
Deputy was dispatched to Hwy 192 in reference to a welfare check on a juvenile subject. A female subject stated the juvenile was asleep in the residence and deputy advised she show him where the juvenile was at so he could make sure she was ok. While inside the residence, deputy observed a female laying on the couch who he knew had outstanding warrants through Emanuel Co. Deputy informed offender she was under arrest and transported her to EmCo Jail.
November 30
Complainant reported his dog suffered a wound consistent with being shot but did not hear a gunshot. It was noted that the dog may have suffered from an arrow or crossbow due to having a through-and-through injury.
