October 28

Deputy responded to Hwy 192 in reference to a female hitting a male’s truck with a baseball bat. While enroute, 911 advised offender had left the scene. Deputy was aware of offender having active warrants through TCPD and 911 confirmed they wanted a hold placed on her. Deputy observed offender’s vehicle traveling appx. 50 MPH, at which time he turned around and observed the vehicle pick up speed tremendously. Deputy was able to get a solid tone on his radar showing the vehicle traveling 94 MPH in a 55 MPH zone, at which time he initiated his emergency equipment and the vehicle slowed down to 60 MPH but refused to stop. Just before entering into Stillmore, deputy observed a clear bag exit the passenger side window and the vehicle turned on 3rd Ave. without stopping at the stop sign, then stopped at a residence on West 3rd Ave. Deputy exited his patrol unit and ordered the female to exit the vehicle. Offender stated she needed to check on her granddad whom she was told was having a heart attack and complied with commands to exit the vehicle. Offender’s vehicle was searched to find a metal baseball bat. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.

Deputy spoke with complainant who stated someone reached out to her about qualifying for a grant and she started buying cash cards and sending pictures of them to offender. C/p sent offender $7,500 in cash cards.

Complainant stated he walks by offender’s residence on Advantage Ln. and his dogs run out and bark at him and. He is scared the dogs are going to bite him. Deputy spoke with offender, and he stated he would try to keep his dogs under control.

Complainant stated he had a tag on his side-by-side, and it must have fell off.

Deputy was called to Oak Chapel Church Rd. in reference to a structure fire. He was the first on scene and was able to use the water hose to extinguish the fire. Dellwood FD arrived and did salvage and overhaul.

Complainant contacted ECSO about having trouble with offender and he has a TPO against him. Deputy was notified that the TPO was checked and c/p never followed up with the TPO process. Deputy spoke with c/p who stated offender asked him for some money that he said was owed to him and told him he would get him before the day was over. C/p stated the money offender was referencing to had already been taken care of in court. Deputy spoke with offender who stated the only thing he said to c/p was asking where his money was and stated he never threatened c/p. Offender stated that every time he sees c/p, he is going to ask him about his money because he owes him $170,000.

October 29

Deputy took a report in reference to harassing communication. Complainant stated she has a TPO on suspect and he has been calling her from a Textnow app number. C/p also stated that someone fraudulently purchased a Hulu account in her name without her permission and believes it was offender.

October 30

Deputy took a report over the phone. C/p stated that he took his vehicle to the mechanic over a year prior and was told it would only take 2-3 months to finish. He was advised to attempt to contact the mechanic.

C/p stated that he deposited a check that morning and that the check was bad and his account was now in the negative by the amount of the check.

Officer was dispatched to Kenfield Road in reference to a domestic that had already occurred. C/p stated that her father was drunk and was trying to fight her husband. All parties were advised to separate.

Deputy responded to Curry Lane in reference to an irate female. The female stated that she did not want to stay at the residence any longer. EMS was requested and female was turned over to them.

Deputy responded to East Norris Street in reference to c/p stating that her neighbor showed up at her house with her hands covered in blood.

October 31

Deputy observed a vehicle fail to dim its lights, at which time he attempted to initiate a traffic stop and the vehicle began to slow down then rapidly accelerated. The vehicle reached 104 MPH and attempted to make a right turn onto Daisy Ln. where to driver lost control and slid into the ditch. Depty exited his vehicle and gave verbal commands for the driver to exit the vehicle. Driver’s license was found to be suspended, and a small amount of marijuana was found in the vehicle. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.

November 1

Victim stated someone drove through is yard on Eagle Pass and knocked down his mailbox.

Investigator was dispatched to Condor Rd. in reference to a report of property damage from a timber company. Complainant stated she recently bought the property and observed that a timber company that was cutting timber on another property cut over the property line, cutting around one acre of her land. C/p stated she spoke with the company and was told that the landowner would pay her for the trees that were cut off her property for the going timber value.
