Franklin Memorial Library invites the community to take part in its upcoming programs and activities during the week of October 20–29. From continuing creative projects to exploring local history, the library offers opportunities for patrons of all ages to learn, connect, and enjoy time together. Tuesday, October 20 the library will host an Adult Craft-Part 2. Adults are invited to return for the next installment of the library’s ongoing craft series. This program continues the project that began last month, giving participants another opportunity to enjoy a creative and hands-on activity. Monday, October 26, at 3:30 p.m., the library will host the Kid's History Club. Young history enthusiasts are encouraged to attend Kid’s History Club. The program is designed for children ages 6–11, but participants of all ages are welcome to join in and explore history together.

Franklin Memorial Library is proud to showcase the creativity and talent of the community! All entries from the library’s Halloween Coloring and Poem Contest are now displayed throughout the library, including the winning submissions.

Please remember that Franklin Memorial Library will be closed for the entire day on Thursday, October 29, due to a Regional Library Meeting. Patrons are encouraged to plan their visits accordingly.
