Swainsboro High School will host award-winning educator and youth advocate Stacey Grant as its Red Ribbon Week guest speaker on Tuesday, October 27. Two sessions will be held in the SHS Auditorium at 8:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.
This year’s theme, “Make a Difference. Be a Hero. Stay Drug Free,” encourages students to make positive choices and recognize their potential to impact their communities.
Grant is the founder and CEO of Our Girls Rock Too!, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young girls through mentorship, leadership, and education. Her honors include Georgia Southern University’s 40 Under 40 and the Statesboro Herald’s 20 Under 40. In 2025, her organization received the Key to the City of Statesboro for its community impact.
Grant’s message will focus on confidence, purpose, and positive decision-making, inspiring students to make choices that lead to a brighter future.
