After the first week of our Ferst Readers Book Character Contest, these are the standings: 1st Place - Cinderella and her Fairy Godmother; 2nd Place - Phantom of the Opera; 3rd Place - The Cat in the Hat.
Thank you to all who have donated! We have raised $572 of our $10,000 goal and have three more weeks to get there. Please help us continue this wonderful program to improve childhood literacy. Your vote of $4 will get a book into the hands of a child under 5 years old in Emanuel County. A donation of $48 will get them a book every month for a year! Give big!!! Thank you!!!
